Who these terms are with

MoreQualified.care is operated by Stars in the Ohasis LLC (“MoreQualified.care,” “we,” “us”). These terms cover your use of this website, the qualifier on it, and the text messages we send. By using the site or submitting the qualifier you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What this site is

This site is for home care agency owners and their staff. It explains our Pay-Per-Show appointment service and lets you ask whether your area is available. Submitting the qualifier is a request to talk; it is not a purchase and it does not create a service agreement. If you become a client, the service is governed by the written agreement you sign with us, and that agreement controls where it differs from this page.

Your information

Give us accurate details and only your own, or those of a business you are authorized to speak for. How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Policy.

Text message (SMS) terms

Program. MoreQualified.care text messages from Stars in the Ohasis LLC. If you enter your mobile number in the qualifier and tick a text-message consent box, you agree to receive text messages at that number. One box covers messages about your application: application updates, call confirmations, reminders and customer-care replies. A second box covers marketing messages about our services, offers and updates. Both boxes are optional and are never pre-checked. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Marketing messages are roughly 2 to 4 per month. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming it and no further texts. Opting out of texts does not affect your application.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age. You must be at least 18 years old to submit the qualifier or enroll in our text message program.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. We send text messages only on our own behalf and do not send messages for any other business. No guarantee of results

Examples and figures on this site describe how the service works. Results vary by market, and nothing on this site is a promise of a specific number of clients or revenue.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top.
