MoreQualified.care

Service standards

MoreQualified.care is a senior care marketing and appointment-setting company. We help private-pay home care agencies create and follow up with demand, qualify families and schedule conversations under written client criteria.

What constitutes a qualified appointment?

The objective criteria are agreed before launch and normally address service area, requested care, timing, decision-maker involvement, private-pay fit, reachable contact information and agreement to a scheduled conversation. The signed agreement controls the final definition.

Are appointments exclusive?

Exclusivity and territory rules are confirmed in the written client agreement before service begins. Agencies should not rely on an assumption or a sales-call summary.

What happens with no-shows, replacements or credits?

The signed agreement defines the attendance event, documentation, reschedules and any replacement, credit or refund eligibility. The public website does not replace those client-specific terms.

How is data handled?

We use information to review fit, schedule conversations, operate campaigns and improve the service. We do not sell personal information. See the Privacy Policy for vendors, advertising measurement, retention and privacy requests.

How do cancellation terms work?

Submitting the website qualifier does not create a purchase. Client cancellation, notice, payment and campaign wind-down terms are stated in the written agreement presented before service begins.

How do advertising and follow-up work?

Depending on the agreed campaign, demand may be created through advertising and landing pages, then contacted through consented channels to determine fit and schedule a conversation. The agency remains responsible for its assessment, care plan, staffing, pricing and admission decision.

Are outcomes guaranteed?

No. A qualified appointment is not a guaranteed admission, revenue amount or length of service. Results vary by market, capacity, pricing, intake and follow-up. Any binding service commitment must appear in the signed agreement.
